Michela Dal Bianco

Michela Dal Bianco, born in 1979, is originally from Rovigo where she lives with her partner Pierluigi Bonafin. In her youth Michela did artistic gymnastics for many years, including at a competitive level, as well as other sports. After studying and working as an educator, Michela’s life changed one Sunday in May 2018, when she was in a motorbike accident with her boyfriend Pierluigi. The accident was very severe; the two fought for their lives and eventually the doctors would have to amputate both of their left legs.
A tough period of struggle and rehabilitation began, which led Michela to an encounter with Pierino Dainese and Obiettivo3 through a friend. Sport became a key part of her life: Michela got on her bike and started pedalling, marking a new beginning.
