Manolo Simeoni

Manolo Simeoni was born in 1987 in Colleferro just outside Rome, and is an expert in social media marketing and digital communication. An advertising graphic designer, he had several and varied work experiences before throwing himself into the world of communication and founding his own small company, SMAG, in 2013. Nature is his greatest passion. He’s always been an eclectic sportsman: he played soccer until the age of 19, he practised fishing and snowboarding, but it was mountain biking where he’s been most successful.
He became a wheelchair user and discovered the Paralympic world at 30, after an accident. He took up the Obiettivo3 challenge on a handbike. In Paracycling he immediately made a name for himself, even winning the national team jersey. In 2022 he won the pink jersey at the Giro d’Italia handbike event.
